Accounting Representative

Job Summary:

To function as team member to assist members, staff, and third parties with accounting and finance related functions and support for the Credit Union.

Starting Salary: $24 per hour Negotiable DOE

Location: 971 W Wetmore Rd

Responsibilities:
Assist credit union staff and other branches/departments with accounting and finance related actions. Reconcile, balance, and post to assigned general and subsidiary ledgers. Process incoming and outgoing wire transactions. Process, track, and follow-up for accounts payable. Process necessary reports and duties in a timely and professional manner. Provide administrative support to the department. Provide backup support to other team members within the department.

Preferred Skills:

Minimum of 6 months of similar or related experience.
Equivalent to a high school education
